Help - not receiving real time data for a stock symbol

Hello - I trade primarily SPY and QQQ, but my data is delayed by 10 minutes or more. I paid for service package 11 and Denali data, which comes with real time NASDAQ total view stock symbols. Please advise. Thanks

We see that you have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active, so you should be getting the real-time data for this exchange. Just make sure you are entering the symbol with the suffix of '-NQTV' (e.g. QQQ-NQTV). This is necessary in order for our system to know you are wanting data specifically from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, otherwise it will pull data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange, and since you do not have that exchange active, you are getting the delayed data. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes If you are trading these symbols, then you will need to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" to enter the appropriate symbol for trading.
