Dear Sierra.

Please, would you consider doubling the amount of Historical data allowed in the Custom Charts.
As things are, we have barely 2 weeks of allowed data. But if we could have a month, Custom Charts would be so much more valuable. Please, if your answer is no, just think about it for a bit.
Would it really be such a problem to allow 2 more weeks?

Thanks Sierra. Yall are the best!

We really have no idea what you are referring to. What kind of custom chart are you referring to, and why do you believe there is a limit of 2 weeks of data?

I constructed a Chart of the spread between the Dow and Nasdaq {nqz23_fut_cme}-{ymz23_fut_cme}.
Right now, we are on 11/22/23, but I can only see back to 11/6/23.
I have the data limiting set to 100 days, but I cannot see farther back.
Each day that passes, the historical data loses a day.
So tomorrow, I would only be able to see 11/7/23.
Two days from now, I would have 11/8/23 as my farthest back day on this custom spread chart.

Check the Symbol Settings you have setup for this Custom Calculated Symbol and make sure the option for "Download Historical Data for Formula Symbol" is set to "Yes". If it is not, then change it and then go back to your chart and select "Edit >> Delete and Download Data" in order to get the data into your chart.

Yes, Download historical data, is set to yes, along with formula operators.

Am I supposed to be seeing more than two weeks?

Thank you

"
The amount of historical data that will be generated for a formula symbol depends upon the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download >> Formula Symbols setting. We recommend not using too high of a number for this.

This section fixed my issue.
