The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Hi Sarven, NinjaTrader is no longer providing their Clients with the CQG Login Credentials that they can use to connect to Sierra Chart

So at this time we don't have a technical means to verify a Futures Trading Account at NinjaTrader Brokerage, this means that although a client with a Futures Trading Account there should be satisfying the CME Requirement of having a Futures Trading Account in order to get the discounted Non-Professional Exchange Fees, we are not able to facilitate this. Again its because we don't have a technical means of verifying the Futures Trading Account there. The fix:

(1) You might consider setting up a Futures Trading Account at one of the Brokers that supports Teton Order Routing listed in #2 here:

Certainly we can provide that refund, if that is what you want, but if we can provide fastest Order Routing available, why not give us a try? NinjaTrader, routing Orders via CQG is not sending your Order from the same Data Center as the CME Group Matching engines, you might be giving up multiple milliseconds of latency.
