Binanace data feed intermittently not updating

I've had the binance feed up and running for a couple of days now, a few times today, the data feed would stop updating and I'm not sure why or how to fix it, I tried reconnecting to the feed, re-downloading data etc. It doesn't always seem to work, and then the feed will start working again on its own. I compared the feed against tradingview/quantower and those were both working so I don't think it was on binance's end. What could potentially cause this? Thanks |

This is going to happen. There are connectivity issues we have to Binance. It is not within our control. Just consider Binance unreliable.

Disagree with this. I have multiple other third party apps with Binance integrations and they don't go down during volatility. Access to Binance data is one of the main reasons I still pay for Sierra Chart after moving my futures trading to TT. I've been a customer for over a decade and appreciate the ethos; so quite surprised that the team has decided just to accept a poor performing part of Sierra when other apps have solved whatever the issue is with Binance. Is the Binance data being relayed through Sierra Chart servers or coming direct from their websocket? |

We have disabled market depth on 2 of the higher bandwidth Binance connections. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Hello, Thanks you for trying to better the issue. Unfortunately today it keeps cutting out again constantly, mostly during high volatility moments. I am really happy using Sierra Chart, but it is getting hard to use properly for Binance Another issue is not only the live information missing, but also false Data afterwards(CVD having wrong values bc. of missing Data for example) I would really appreciate if you keep trying to do something about the issue. I feel like disabling DOM is a good idea, if it helps with the servers. Personally I only use Footprint and TPO charts for Binance and not any DOM stuff, I don't know about other users of course, but I don't believe many are using DOM for Binance, just guessing tho. Market depth not really a priority, last price data into a chart without interruptions would be very welcome, as would correctly reporting volume.
