Hi, i use external interactive broker data service and couldn't load the chart for /GC ticker correctly, it's missing some of the data. Which data service on interactive broker should i subscribe to in order to load it correctly ( i tried real time COMEX but doesn't work still)? I have level 2 for CME , /es and /nq works fine. |

We are not going to help with data from Interactive Brokers. As a matter of policy we do not do that. You need to activate the COMEX exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Once that is done: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.
