TPO Chart does not keep merges

I have been using a certain TPO chart for months. Since I did update to most recent version, whenever I close the CB and open it again, all my merges are gone.
Any advice of a setting I am having wrong?

This seemed to have worked. Now I did close the CB, then I changed the Data/Trade Service. Then I did open a CB with the symbols of that service (apertos). Then I did open the CB with symbols for CQG again and now mergers gone again ....

When the symbol of a chart changes absolutely the TPO splits and merges will be reset. There is no way to avoid that at all.

I did not say I changed the symbol.
2 chartbooks (with same content), one symbols CQG, other Symbol apertos, so denali feed I guess.

CQG CB open and working on it. Close that. Change feed to apertos. Open CB apertos symbol. Additionally openinf CB CQG symbol without changing that symbol. Mergers there gone.

The symbol may be changing without you being aware of it.

Make sure this option is set to No:
Advanced Service Settings: Translate Symbols Automatically in Chartbooks and Quote Boards (Global Settings >> Advanced Service Settings >> Other)
