We are working on adding a new Internet service provider (ISP) for external connectivity for the Denali Data Feed which we expect will be operational sometime during the week of November 27. This is going to provide additional bandwidth, up to 20 Gb (Gigabits) of capacity, which is far far beyond what is needed and will provide a different path of communication for users. We estimate the new ISP will be operational, for some of the servers by Friday November 24. The remaining servers will be updated, we estimate about a week or two later.

We are cutting over to the new ISP, Cogent, this evening. It is already being used among two of our servers. There could be some interruptions but you will be connected to the next available server. We are going to be adding an additional Cogent connection in about a week and towards the end of December we will be adding another ISP taking the total capacity to 30 Gbs. All of our servers are running on the new Cogent connection other than other than 1 out of 3 which is used for US Equities data, CFE and NASDAQ global indices.
