Please i need help, im logged on the apex trade service on sierra chart everything works when i go to trade activity log it show my apex account but only there, when i go to the trade menu it only shows the sim, i try to switch to live but it doesnt show the account either

Make sure Trade Simulation Mode is disabled:

If you still do not see the account listed on the Trade Window it is because Rithmic is not sending it.

The funded account is sim becouse is 1 phase, i already try to turn off sim and the account is not there

Contact Rithmic about this. We cannot help with it. They are not sending any accounts. And whatever accounts you see in the Trade Activity Log are irrelevant.

Did you read and follow the Apex instructions to open RTraderPro and log into the platform first and sign all the user agreements?
Once you have completed that.
Reopen RTraderPro and log into the platform.
If you see your Apex accounts in RTraderPro, then they will show up in Sierra Charts.
