Hello, yesterday i took a trade on ES (picture of trade attached) but the takeprofit acted weird. (demo) I used 2 contracts a stop loss and 2 take profits. At the first tp nothing happened and at the second tp also nothing happened and then suddenly between the 2 tp's 1 contract got closed automatically. Is it maybe because during the trade i shut down my computer? BR Luca |

From what we see, you are using the built-in Simulation Mode, in which case if you turned off your computer then the order fills will definitely be wrong. The system can not fill the orders if it is not running, so when you reconnect, it is going to fill them wherever the data happens to land. We recommend you use our "Simulated Futures Trading Service" if you are not going to be able to keep the software running, as this will give you a more realistic simulation environment, and since you are sending your orders to our servers, your computer does not need to be running to have the orders taken care of properly (again, more like real trading).
