Hi, Using Volume by Price study. Set to one period based on bars. Bars set to 2. Works as supposed to. Now, i want to reference two bars , excluding the "currently active candle". The only option in the settings is to set "reference periods back" to 1, but now its calculating the last 4 candles including the currently active candle. Ive tried and searched, but cant figure out. How do I make the "VbP[-1] of 2bars"? Thank you very much!! |

There really is not a way to do this that will work for you. The work around is to set the Start and End times for the period you want, but every time a new bar is started you would have to update these times. Another option would be to use the "Drawn Volume Profile" option and constantly update it for the most recent two bars. Refer to the following: Volume By Price Study: Draw Volume Profile For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
