connection issue after activating services

Hi, i started getting errors on connection in my message log after activating NYMEX package (no mkt depth). however, i am able to receive data.

I've also tried restarting my sierrachart a few times, but not sure why this is happening.

didnt have this error message prior to activating NYMEX (was on CME with mkt depth).

Not sure if this issue is temporary or will persist - the window keeps popping up.

Any thoughts please?
