Dear SC, I have installed the latest version today. Yesterday I had zero issues doing this activity or ever in the past. This may not be an SC issue or connected to the recent update, I do not know, but would need your help diagnosing, understanding the message log. Attached File 1: When I try to push through "zones" to a 3rd party server the instance immediately shuts down, closes. Attached File 2: Message log on the error Would you recommend contacting the 3rd party or this is an update bug maybe? Why would the application shut down if it was a connection to host issue, wouldn't that just create an "unable to connect" type of message? Thank you, |
