I have some issues with CQG to sign the CQG agreement and to set up two steps authentication. The weeb page seems to not working, I think there are some technical issues. I talked with them and they said that can't do nothing. Please tell me what should I do? Thank You!

We are not understanding the issue. If you are having problems with CQG directly, then you need to ask CQG or your broker about this.

If there is something with CQG and Sierra Chart, then please give us specific information on what exactly is wrong with the connectivity between Sierra Chart and CQG.
