Why is there a lot of disconnects/freezes today? Not usually the case

Its froze for me about 2 times today and I had to disconnect and reconnect. Is there something going on today? Server maintenance?

We do not do any kind of server maintenance during the main trading day. There is nothing happening on our end of things and we are not seeing any issues with the data from several locations around the world. I have connection to the CFD symbols, but CME is freezing up. My CPU isn't under heavy load either. Is it possible it is on CME side?

I recently increased my max depth from 10 to 20, could that cause it? Also, when it freezes and comes back, the data that happened during the minute of downtime just comes back at like 10x speed filling in that downtime, but it still froze for a min.

If it were something from the CME, then everyone would have the issue - the same is true for our Denali data - if there was a general issue, then all our customers would be having issues, which we are not hearing about - it is only yourself that we have heard from today.

Problem went away after changing max depth to 10 again. After reading some documentation, I believe the issue was packet loss. I had my remote buffer delay time at 40 ms, switched back to default of 80 and my max depth to 20 again and no issues so far.
