Hi
This chap is losing the will to live trying to activate his account.

Would you do it for him please?
Is there a direct link for clients to be able to activate their accounts? The SMS system won't work for us in the UK and people get very frustrated (with me!).

We have reset and activated the trial for the account named 'mocoles'.

But in this particular case, the issue is that this is an old account, therefore the only way to get another Trial setup is to ask us to set it up. Additionally, this person has 4 total Sierra Chart accounts.

Oh! Are they all old accounts? No doubt this contributed to his frustration.

Yes, they are all old accounts going back to 2014 originally.
