So, still....following up on my two other posts.... Flaky Market depth historical data on replay Replay historical data I still have this issue. Tried everything, and have Denali, but really...the only reason I have Denali in the first place, is to replay Market Depth. WIthout that feature, theres literally no point in me having it anymore. So hopefully we can resolve this? I have a chart, with Market Detph historical Graph, and its showing fully downloaded data for 2-3 days. Hopwever when I replay that chart. The DOM only shows 1x1 AND, it only updates in increments of 1 second (for the Depth). The price updates just fine (in 15 ms increments as set) So its like....the price is whipping up and down the ladder, but the DOM values (1x1) are just ticking along at 1 second increments. (I assume in "line" with the "downlaoded" Depth data? But why does it only show 1x1???) As per my previous posts.... ID really like to resolve this issue Please. any help would be appreciated. |

First - as we asked in another thread - are you using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol? Can you please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing during the replay, as we do not understand the "1x1" that you are referencing. Follow these instructions to get us an image: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Also, check your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" and ensure this is set to "1 Tick". If not, change it to 1 Tick then go to a chart and select "Delete All Data and Download". You will also need to redownload the historical Market Depth data for that chart. You will need to do the above for each symbol you are charting, but you do not need to do it on each chart.
