Hello, This is a simple UI issue that I'm hoping has a simple answer. I moved SC to a new computer. One attached chart in a chartbook suddenly spans across the SC main window such that the top bar is no longer visible (see screenshot). I have tried all the obvious things. Detaching the chart obviously does expose the bars, but no matter how I resize the detached window, when I reattach it, it goes back to its original location and both the top and bottom span past the boundaries. Maximizing or resizing the main SC window, having the main SC window span across two monitors (on one top of the other, this sometimes works to 'recover' these windows in other Windows apps), maximizing, minimizing or restoring the offending window itself through the SC "window" menu, cascading, tiling, working with a monitor that has a different resolution, etc., none of it works. I even exported this window to another chart book (duplicate chart to chartbook) and copied it back, and it arrives at the other chartbook in that state, and it comes back in the same state. Any ideas? |

We would expect Cascade to resolve the problem. Make sure the title bar is not disabled: Chart Menu: Show Title Bar (Chart menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. The title bar was never disabled. I had tried cascade multiple times and that one window would either fail to cascade or disappear altogether form the list. I applied Windows updates and rebooted (this is a brand new system) and this time, cascade worked. We can close this but just FYI for your KB.
