Hello, Can you please check on your side if everything is ok. I can't connect with rithmic my Apex account. I have met all the settings, i have package 11, denali, ironbeam account and still getting the permission denied message Please advise |

You can not. They are both order routing services, so they do not work with each other. You use either one or the other. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

All the settings are ok, i followed the instructions. Still i am getting the same permission denied. Everything is in order. Apex said it's all good on their side Please reset my account , there is something youbcan do?! |

There is nothing we can do about the "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic. As we state in the documentation we pointed you to previously, this is a Rithmic error, it specifically comes from Rithmic. We only know about a few solutions from customers that have given us feedback on what worked for them. But there is simply nothing we can do on our end to help. You need to get Rithmic involved and have them solve it.
