Teton Data not Connecting Properly

I am trying to get Teton Data on my Laptop... It works on my desktop no problem but when I connect it on my laptop I am getting terrible data!

I am getting these awful gaps in my candles....when price moves quickly im just getting stacks of the same delta prints as fillers.

I trade with a group of people and no one else is experiencing this issue with Teton.

I reached out to AMP and they cleared Teton as my data provider. I'm not sure what im doing wrong here. Help..Please :(

Thank you for this. I got Teton working properly following these steps. That being said... Today my Teton connection is freezing up every 5 seconds for about 2 seconds. Not sure if this is a potential connection issue. All of my other Sierra Connections are running fine. Thoughts?

We do not understand what this means:

Is the Sierra Chart program frozen for this period of time and in a nonresponsive state?

Correct... The platform is frozen for this time. For about 5 seconds the platform functions as its suppose to...then it freezes for approximately 2 seconds before resuming functionality.

Nothing to do with my PC. Gaming PC that is far beyond the minimum requirements in that link.

That being said..I am running two instances of Sierra. The Rithmic instance is fine and working. The Teton instance is the one giving me issues.

I connect to any other data source and it runs fine. On Teton the platform has issues... Nothing else on my PC is lagging or freezing. I check my task manager and i have a ton of resources available.

The information here for the most part does not refer to your computer but other things:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

There also can be Internet connectivity issues, related to how routing is with the ISPs that we use and this is fully outside of our control.

Are you observing any problem now with connectivity? And you can only check that, with a single chart. A single chart with no studies. Complex setups are your responsibility to debug and we will not get involved in that.
