Hi. I would like to be able to use a keyboard shortcut to place a buy limit order one tick above the previous bar high. And the opposite for a sell limit. Is this already available? Or is there someone out there who code this for me? Thanks very much.

You can use the Spreadsheet System for Trading to put the Limit (which you would probably want as a Stop Limit) order where you want it. But there is not a way to use a keyboard shortcut to manage the on/off for that system. The other built-in systems do not offer the Limit/Stop-Limit options, but do have the keyboard shortcut capability to turn the system on/off. It would probably be easiest to modify the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" study to change the order type. This study is in the file TradingSystemBasedOnAlertCondition.cpp in the ACS_Source folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. You can also find a list of potential programmers at the following link: List of Third Party Sierra Chart Study and System Programmers For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
