Hi, i've been out for 2 week and when i came back and tried to log again on my account this error keeps popping and i dont know why or what should i do. Your broker has turned off the access to your CQG account. You need to ask your broker about this.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
