Connecting to Teton CME Order Routing does not have this issue.

Connecting to Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Non aggregated (or any other server, I've tried them all) lags the entire Sierra Chart platform. Scrolling scharts, moving the mouse, clicking buttons, resizing windows, everything lags a good second or two.

I'm not sure if this is a Rithmic or TopStep issue, but it began happening tonight and it has not happened before.

What would the reason be that a datafeed connection stalls the entire charting platform? It will stop responding for about a second and then resume.

This does not make sense to be related to the specific Service being used. Go through the steps here:

The CPU usage was still low, but it was almost as if it was polling for data and wasn't getting any.

Either way, it seemed to go away this morning and I will be on the lookout for it happening again. Thanks for the response.
