ive turned off all firewalls and virus programs and reinstalled the latest update and still have an error failed to open msg..there are still missing studies

yes i am using parallel on my mac m1 to run sc....ive reinstalled the zip file and that seemed to have fixed the problem...but now it seems i have an issue with my candlesticks not updating ..the price on the right seems to be live and updating normally but i dont see the candle sticks updating ..it just shows previous days candle sticks only...im viewing appl stock..and also using the trial ..ive tried following the steps on the site but it doesnt seem to work..can u help me fix this issue pls..
