You do not have any exchanges active that include the NYMEX and/or COMEX. You need to add the appropriate exchanges for your needs. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that the exchanges fees are not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange today (October 16, 2023) you will pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data for the remainder of October. You will then pay again on November 1, 2023 for the month of November.
