Do I need a margin account on IB in order to qualify as a live futures account?

Best team, I am looking at package 11 to use footprint charts and want to use Interactive Brokers as my live futures account to save on the data costs. I currently have a cash account with them so I actually can't trade/execute on futures. Does that detail matter or is the fact that I am registered and verified through them enough to qualify as having a non-professional futures account? Thanks in advance, N.C.
