I am using sub-instances of SC. What is "Network Socket Delayed Send Interval in Milliseconds" in the DTC Protocol Server settings window? Is this related to Nagle's algo or TcpAckFrequency in anyway? The default is "0", does that mean no delay? Windows Server 2016 Teton/Denali Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-10-15 16:53:46

That should be 0. It would also have no effect in a sub instance. In the main instance it should be 0 to ensure there is no delay with sending data.
