Hello supportteam, when I load number of days I´m limited. But I try the date Range for coincedance and saw suddenly that I´m able to look in the Hourly for example in Continous Future Charts back to 2008. Why is this gonna happen ? Because I always thought that I´m limited in the days to load so that´s the "maximum" for the contract when I have my continous contract... And are the date Range dada from 2008 or 2010 in my continous chart the real future courses ? So like 6 month ago I know that were the real prices that the market did but for example back in 2008 or 2011 I´m not sure. |

We are not understanding this. Those particular settings function as they are documented here: Chart Settings: Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Days to Load menu) Use what is appropriate. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
