Hello, Something curious is happening on my Heatmap, in fact when I am live the heatmap does not display all the levels that I would like (look at the attached screenshot). On the other hand, it displays and loads the levels correctly when SC was not open. I think I have made all the necessary adjustments. Can you tell me where the problem could come from? Thanks |

On the "Market Depth Historical Graph" settings, what are the following Inputs set to? - Maximum Levels to Display: - Extend Last Known Depth: Also, did you happen to change the value for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Max Depth Levels" around the time where you are seeing this difference? What is this value set to? - Maximum Levels to Display: --> 0 (for all) Even if I put 200 300 500, it doesn't change anything - Extend Last Known Depth: --> NO I thought this option only extended the last known value. If the quantity changes on this level it will still be updated ? Also, did you happen to change the value for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Max Depth Levels" around the time where you are seeing this difference? What is this value set to? --> I haven't touched this value for a while. This difference only appears when I open SC. What happened before I opened SC is displayed correctly but from the moment I open SC and I am live it no longer displays the levels. The value was 20, I just put 200, I disconnect and reconnected but that doesn't change anything... |

That is the issue. It looks like the download of Historical Market Depth data is not using that setting. We will have to check into this. Changing that will not change the data that already exists, but it should change the data going forward. Are you now getting 200 levels of data being displayed for any new bars?
