I purchased the six month program and would like to be refunded for the remaining 5 months. Please go ahead and do the $5 processing fee to fully refund me. Thanks!

You had not used any of your time from the 6 month package, as your Trial Time converted to the package when you made the purchase. As such, we refunded the full amount back to your Services Surplus and then refunded that back to your payment method, less the $5.00 processing fee. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
