Live data not working on second computer

I have two computers. On one which is using the Rithmic Direct - DTC service and is working live data just fine.
However, on my second computer when using either the Teton connection with my broker Or the SC Data All Services, the live data is not working.

Please check that I've setup my account the correct way and how to fix this.

We assume that you did not specifically turn off the ability to get the Denali data to the first computer connecting to Rithmic. As such, you need to keep in mind that you can only get the Denali data to one computer at a time, unless you pay an additional exchange fee, which will allow you to connect two computers at the same time to the Denali data. Refer to the following for this:

If you are wanting to get your data from Rithmic on the one system and from Denali on the other, then let us know and we will give you the instructions to do this, but it is really not our recommendation due to the lack of historical data from Rithmic.

What is cost for additional exchange fee then how do I set it up. That is the way I'll want to go. I'll start researching also.
