One graph is created by a copy of the other. When you change the tool, the line spacing changes, although the font and size have not changed and it is set by global parameters. I solved the problem like this. I copied from the defective window and got a normal one. Then I copied the normal back to the chart, and deleted the defective one. Well, it was some kind of glitch.
