Hello, I have activated package of 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO (Monthly) - 56 USD / Month . Still i am getting delayed data.Please help me out to get real data. thanks |

The packages themselves do not control what data you get. They only control whether you can or can not get certain data. With any Sierra Chart package, you have access to real-time FOREX, CFD, Crypto Currency, and Market Statistics data. In order to have the ability to get any real-time data for any other exchange (either from us, or from an external source) you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages (Packages 10, 11, and 12). You are currently on Package 12, so have the ability to get data into the system. In addition to the above mentioned items that are included with all packages, you can setup and pay for real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities from us. Given the above, we are still not sure what data you are looking for - in particular when you mention S&P 500 - is this the S&P 500 Futures from the CME Group, or something else? The one thing that you need to keep in mind for the CME Group is that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the "Non-Professional" rates.
