[Programming Help] - Alert when next bar Closed ! How can i fix Double Alert in Alert Manager

Hi everyone, i config an alert: Color bar RED When: C < C[1] Color bar Blue When: H < C[1] But when the next bar is outside bar ( C[1] > O[1] ), i got 2 alert from Alert Manager. First, alert color bar Red because C < C[1] but the next bar even not finish. And then Next bar finished, H < C[1], I got one more alert and Color Bar Blue. But i only want get 1 alert when Next Bar Closed - i mean color bar Blue because H < C[1]. Please help me how can i get only alert when next bar even finished (Not during time the next bar formed)
