Rithmic not downloading historical data - error message is (Download Skipped) I have performed every step multiple times according to your support page directions and still no download. Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
