I am not able to load intraday data beyond Oct-02,2023 using IBKR data for stocks. I have set the "Days to load for Intraday Chart Data Type" to 20. But it does not change. And "Date Range in File From" is at Oct-02,2023. It cannot be changed. Is there any settings I need to take care? Note: I tested OK with other platform to see TWS was fine. |

The proper and most reliable solution to this is to use the US equities consolidated tape data feed from Sierra Chart. This works with Interactive Brokers. You need to complete the agreements and activate this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#USEquities (Let us know if you need help with this) This is the absolute best solution and most trouble-free. Once this exchange is activated, then Restart Sierra Chart and go back to that chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". I am running SC 2540 & IB TWS Version 10.24.1a using Interactive Brokers as the Current Selected Service in SC. I have no problem downloading 30 days of intraday data for stocks, futures, or commodities using IBKR real-time data feeds.' Try AMZN-STK-SMART-USD as the symbol in SC instead of just AMZN. My bad.. "Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download Limit" is default set to 7. After changing it to 50, I am able to download data for past 30 days. And Yes, I need to set the symbol to AMZN-STK-SMART-USD format. Thank you all for your inputs. |
