Hello, I recently started using the Sierrachart platform and I'm in the process of familiarizing myself with it and conducting some simulations. In order to start live trading, I understand that I need to connect with a broker. Could you please provide guidance on how to link Sierrachart with a broker and what steps I should take to establish this connection? Additionally, what are the minimal requirements I should request from my broker to enable live trading? I've noticed that some brokers offer a trading platform, but since Sierrachart already provides this, I'm more interested in the essential elements required for live trading. I greatly appreciate your assistance, especially considering I'm new to the futures market. Thank you. |

How to connect Sierra Chart to a broker depends on the broker you select and the Order Routing service they set you up to use. There are no "minimal requirements" from our end in terms of what you need from the broker, that is all up to you. -- The one thing we want to point out is that we have our own software for Order Routing to the CME Group (Teton Order Routing). So if you are only trading the CME Group, then we recommend using this software, as it will give you the best performance.
