Installation issues with data feeds.

I have successfully installed the platform and I have completed the agreement regarding the delayed data feed. There is currently no data available.

I have clicked on the quote board to install new feeds but new symbols are not displayed correctly and i have an error message from the message log.

I have attached some screenshots to help explain the issues abit better.



1. Pic 1 shows my selecting the 10 year yield.

2. Pic 2. shows that I have copied and pasted the code in the quote board

3. Pic 3 shows that despite me pasting the code, it is not displayed and the field is highlighted in orange

4. Pic 4 shows that when I click on the name tab, the symbol details are displayed.

5. Pic 5 shows the highlighted message in the log that says the symbol is not allowed.

The issue is that you did not "Activate" your trial, as such you were limited in what you could access. Refer to the following:
