Hello! I try to connect to the apex account, but I encounter the problem "historical download skipped", that is it does not load my chart up to date, the last day with data being October 2. I have attached the picture with the respective error. How can it be solved? |

Several things: 1. Understand Rithmic historical data: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy 2. Although you have the Denali data feed active and are paying the CME exchange fee, you are not actually using the Denali data feed real-time or historical data for this reason: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
