Market Data has no option to activate non-Professional

Hi,

My market data has switched to delayed service, i have completed the non-professional document. But i don't see the non-professional service for activation, the only option i see is professional. Could you please let me know is my account is defaulting to professional ?

I have interactive brokers market data service, but my issue is i can't watch for eg: TPO chart and trade simultaneously for options if my market data is connected to IB. I have now turned on IB market data for the time being and am switching between the services to execute trades.

Hi User797321, please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

Then please re-connect to the Data Feed:
File Menu: Connect to Data Feed (File)
