DOM not populating

The DOM is not populating with data. I purchased the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts, CME non-professional top-of-book, and CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts.

I only need the DOM to populate, which one should I purchase with trading ES only?

Let us know if you are still having an issue at this time. Everything in your account looks good, so there is no reason for you to have an issue.

With regards to what exchange you need - if you only need data for the ES with Market Depth, then you would just need the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts".

Since none of the exchanges you have active include market depth, you will see only 1 level. Do you see at least one level?

I don't see anything, nothing is showing at all. I was able to see everything prior to this new month. I purchased the same data feed plus more and I have nothing.

File Menu: Open Market Depth Window (File)

Do you see one level there?

Reset the scale:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.

If the symbol is actually entered as "ES" then that is the problem.

Our servers are showing that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". As such, the symbol for the current contract for the ES would be ESZ23-CME. Make sure your symbol is entered as such.
