How to update an active account ot stage 3 to stage 5

Hello, Recently I registered to sierra with an account of service package 3 - for three months. This account expires on 27/11/2023. However, I made a mistake - in fact I need a service package 5 account. I tried to upgrade my current account from service package 3 to 5 however it only allows me to add an additional account of service package 5 which expiration date is 27/2/2023 and with a full payment. Is there an option to add the difference (30$ or so) and to upgrade my current account to service package 5? |

We were going to change your Service Package from 3 to 5 but we see it is currently on Service Package 5. Let us know if you need nothing else.
