Dear Support, To save time I've used Analysis >> Study Collections to replicate chart Study Groups as it's designed to do, however, I'm wondering if there is some corruption in the process, or possibly some legacy data is not being cleared or current data in somehow corrupted. Example: I re-apply a different study collection to the one loaded, and they apply a study that works perfectly when all studies are reloaded individually, but will not function if loaded after a study collection has been added. I have experienced similar occurrences in the past when using chart copy to duplicate charts to save time. Are there any known issues with Study Collections and chart duplicate as I seem to remember this occurred in the past? Many thanks. |

It is not possible for us to answer this. There is something more specialized going on in your case that would take quite a lot of debugging to know what is happening.
