I cannot close an open order

1. Trade Activity shows an order with constantly changing p/l in MNQ but, 2. Trader Orders window shows no orders 3. When I hit Cancel All or Flatten, Trade Service Log says "order not present". 4. I need to make sure there are no open orders before the close or it blows my Apex account. This is extremely serious. I cannot close that "Phantom Order" short, so my account that was up over $700 got wiped out when when the market reversed 200 points. Now under water and I still cannot get it closed. Please tell me how to close an order that shows in Chart Stats and Account Stats, and shows as Open but not closed in the Trades List. Thank you. |
