Sierra charts not posting orders in Rithmic or Rithmic not process Sierra orders

Trading with Apex and Rithmic. Apex says this is a Sierra problem as they have had no issues with Rithmic today. Rithmic not processing my SC orders. I read your post about that happening. But in SC, something is not right: 1. Trade Activity shows an order with constantly changing p/l in MNQ but, 2. Trader Orders window shows no orders 3. When I hit Cancel All or Flatten, Trade Service Log says "order not present". 4. I need to make sure there are no open orders before the close or it blows my Apex account. 5. How can I get rid of the order showing in Trade Activity window? This is extremely serious. I cannot close that "Phantom Order" short, so my account that was up over $700 got wiped out when when the market reversed 200 points. Now under water and I still cannot get it closed. Please tell me how to close an order that shows in Chart Stats and Account Stats, and shows as Open but not closed in the Trades List, Thank you. |

Tip. You should always have R Trader Pro running to see and monitor positions with Rithmic/Apex. You can always close any orders directly from there if a discrepancy exits. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-09-27 20:48:04
