Get started here: Numbers Bars: Step-By-Step Instructions There are a lot of options. Best to go through them carefully and configure the chart as you require. One thing that we see is that it looks like that chart is using 2 Numbers Bars columns. One of them looks like it is showing the difference between Ask volume and Bid volume and another one is showing Total volume. We also see a volume profile on that chart.
