You need to talk to your broker about this. They have turned off your access to your CQG account. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart without CQG then follow these instructions: Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. --- Keep in mind that since you are getting the CME Group data from us, you will only get the real-time data through your "Verified Until" date, which is September 27, 2023 (today). Once you are able to connect to your live trading account again, then you will be able to get the real-time data again.
