v2550 P/L format does not do anything anymore. Meaning you cant change it from currency to points or anything else. I'm not sure if it is related but I have 1 live account and 2 charts on the ES and 2 chart on the NQ using different time frames. The PnL on both the NQ charts match but on the ES the PnL is different. Sim mode is no activated on any chart Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-09-21 19:05:23

Where exactly are you not able to change the P/L format? If this is on the Trade Activity Log, then from the following link (2nd paragraph): When the selected symbol in the Symbol list on the Trade Activity Log is set to All Symbols, then the Profit/Loss Format is automatically implied to be Currency Value and therefore this setting does not have any effect on the Profit/Loss values displayed.
We are not sure what the particular issue is with the ES that you are trying to state. Please give us more information if this not related to the above. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, Yes that is what is happening, it is set to all symbols. My apologies. Cool =] I have 2 charts within one chartbook that display the ES, each on a different time frame. Both charts display the PnL top left and both charts have the trade window attached which also displays the PnL. Both charts, chart trade ON. The charts are duplicates of each other, apart from time frame. One chart displays a different PnL to the other chart. The trade activity log is correct. Could this be because I entered on one chart and exited on the other? I assumed they would both display the same PnL regardless? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-09-21 20:35:44

If the symbols are exactly the same, then they should be showing the same P/L. By any chance does one of the charts use a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and the other one not, or perhaps they both do but they are set to different symbols? Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) Another possibility is that they are not set to display in the same P/L format, particularly if you are using something like Points, which also has an option for "Points Ignore Quantity". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Profit/Loss Format (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) If neither of these explain it, then we would need to see images of both charts by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Yes, it is fine. We can see the images. Thanks. Check your "Currency Value per Tick" for both charts. Make sure they are same. Keep in mind that you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", so the value should be for the MES (1.25). Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Currency Value Per Tick (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Yes that was it! One was set to 12.5. Must be since I rolled over. Thank you, sorry for troubling you =] |
