I have two different computers running on the same account. We have the ability to have 3 in our subscription and the tick data does not match. Data trade services config is identical. Chart setting from the main interface 3 over from top file, edit, chart- all settings match. And right click chart settings all configurations match. They are transfer charts and everything else, all studies match even went through the individual chart and settings and all settings and configuration match. It's significantly off by 200 ticks. Both have current version downloads. One is a windows and one APPLE very different CPU. Would that have something to do with it. Or is there another spot configuration?

Do you have the exact same number of days loaded?

The same session/start times?

Same setting for "new bar on session start"?

That all matches also?? It's also from the tick volume study as well. And those configuration all match

Only other thing I can think of is the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit setting in Data/Trade Service Settings.

You want this set to 1 tick.
