I AM UPGRADING TO A NEW PC. I COPY SC FOLDER TO USB KEY AND MY SET. BUT I GET ERROR MEEAGE. FAILED TO OPEN THE CONFIGURATION FILE WHEN SAVING. CONFIGURATION NOT SAVED. ERROR: WINDOWS ERROR CODE 5: ACCESS IS DENIED.

This implies that the location where you have installed Sierra Chart is not readable by the account running Sierra Chart.

Are you trying to run Sierra Chart from the USB key? You should not do this. You need to copy the files onto the local drive for the computer, as the system reads and writes a lot of data, so it is important to have a fast drive.
