Even when I open a new chartbook and open a new chart I open the trading DOM and it's automatically SIM MODE |

You are not connected to your trading account. Your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". What broker or order routing service are you using so we can point you to the correct setup instructions.
